ZUFALL is taking over 100 percent of Spedition John GmbH in Eichenzell (east Hesse) on August 1st<\/sup>, 2023. John Spedition will remain an independent company at the location within our group. We are thus growing to eleven locations throughout Germany.<\/strong><\/p>

John Spedition GmbH<\/strong><\/p>

John Spedition GmbH specialises in transport services, distribution, procurement, and contract logistics. The company currently employs over 100 people. As a partner of CargoLine \u2013 one of the largest general cargo networks \u2013 John is networked throughout Germany.<\/p>

Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg, CEO of the ZUFALL logistics group, is convinced that \u201cwith John, we are gaining a logistics service provider with strong regional roots and high-quality standards, whose corporate culture is also a perfect fit for us\u201d.<\/p>

The same foundation sealed the deal<\/strong><\/p>

Birgit Bergemann has been the owner of John Spedition GmbH since 2011. She says about her decision in favour of ZUFALL: \u201cIt was a big step for me to hand over the reins and place responsibility in new hands. Not only did I manage the business, but I also feel a deep connection with the company and the people who work here. In a close dialogue based on partnership, I have therefore decided in favour of Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg and the ZUFALL logistics group as the new owners of John Spedition.\u201d Birgit Bergemann will remain with the company as Managing Director.<\/p>

Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg adds: \u201cThis brings together two companies that are built on the same foundations: owner-managed family businesses with a long tradition and an interaction with employees, customers and partners that is characterised by fairness and reliability.\u201d<\/p>

More stability in the Fulda region<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cJohn\u2019s range of services and its perfect location for transport companies at the Fulda Motorway junction ideally strengthen our presence in Eastern Hesse,\u201d says Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg.<\/p>

With two locations in the region, we are gaining stability and positioning ourselves for the future. With positive effects for our customers,\u201d says Marcus Scholz Product Manager Land Transport at the ZUFALL logistics group.<\/p>
