CMS (Compliance Management System)<\/strong><\/p>

At ZUFALL, we take into account the ever more complex requirements of compliance. In order to ensure compliance with laws, voluntary commitments and internal rules, we have set up a compliance management system.<\/p>

Our CMS provides the framework for legally compliant behaviour in the companies of ZUFALL logistics group and thus helps to avoid liability cases and to protect ZUFALL and its employees from liability risks and reputational damage.<\/p>

Protection of whistleblowers at ZUFALL<\/strong><\/p>

We would like to encourage you to inform us about any illegal behaviour in our company. Every report helps us to clarify and eliminate misconduct or grievances.<\/p>

Our whistleblower portal offers employees and outsiders an additional opportunity to report potential or actual compliance violations to our internal reporting centre around the clock and anonymously<\/strong>. The platform is available in several languages. When submitting a report, whistleblowers are free to choose whether they want to provide their name or remain completely anonymous. They can also track the processing of their report via the portal.<\/p>

The portal is for reporting legal violations and not<\/u> for reporting general complaints.<\/p>

Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG)<\/b><\/p>

At ZUFALL, we ensure that the LKSG is complied with both in our own business area and throughout our entire supply chain. Therefore, reports of human rights or environmental risks can be submitted via our complaint system (see above).<\/p>
